This is a list of produce and other farm items that we produce throughout the seasons. This list is not exact, but to be used as an example to have an idea of the amount of variety Brinkley Farms produces. For CSA, there is always a variety of produce, Pork & Beef. We also offer eggs, whole wheat flour & cornmeal for CSA. For CSA, pork & beef are offered each week depending what is on hand and available at the time. The bigger cuts of meat are not offered to CSA on a regular basis, due to quantity available to sell. However, I may not have enough of a larger cut of meat to be able to offer it to CSA during a week but feel free to email me and ask if you would like to purchase anything. If we have it, well add it to your order. We try our best to offer Eggs each week to CSA, but there may be times that they dont lay as many due to Mother Nature and we may not be able to a week. For the markets, everything on here is available at one time or another.
