Our CSA is different than most in that you get to customize your share (box) each week. We have 2 CSA sessions each year. The first session is the Spring/Summer Session and the next, the Fall/Winter Session. The Spring/Summer Session runs from Mid-April through the end of July. (We start taking applications in January for it.) For the month of August we are off from CSA, but are still at the markets each week. We start back in September and run through Mid-December for the Fall/Winter Session. (We start taking applications in June for it.) We are off from CSA January, February, & March. During those months we accepting CSA applications and preparing/planting for the next year’s season. During those months, we are also still attending our local markets. So be sure to stop by!

When you join our CSA you will apply online using our CSA system through Farmigo. It is a secured program so please feel safe in using it. We also do not give out any of your personal information to anyone. For more information on our CSA policy and guidelines, please click on CSA Policy.

When you apply online all the information on pricing, delivery options, and share sizes are right there for you to choose from. You also pay online either by E-Check, credit card, or you may still mail your paper check in. The program is easy to navigate through. Once you have applied, you are now a member and have your own account. You may use the CSA member login tab on our web site at any time signing in with Facebook or your email & password to change any information or add money to your account.

Each week you will receive a reminder email to go to our web site to the CSA member Web Store. Once signed in, all of your share information and account balance will be visible. Each week I will have a surprise box fixed for each share size. Whatever share size you purchased is what will appear on your account. There will be a list of items to choose from on that screen as well. To place your order you will need to edit the surprise box I previously fixed. You may keep things I chose on it or you may change the box entirely. That is how you are able to customize your share. You may also order more than the recommending amount any time if you choose, just add it in your order. Once you have ordered what you would like that week just click checkout and you are good to go! You will receive emails throughout the week for order confirmation, a delivery/pick-up reminder, or for any information I may need to pass on to you.

When you order each week, you will see that your share for that week was deducted from your account balance. Anytime you order extra items that too will be deducted from your balance. If you would like to pay for any overage when ordering instead of having it deducted you may add money to your account at any time to pay for it. When you see that your account is close to a zero balance and the season has not yet ended you may add money to your account to continue receiving your share. Once your balance on account is zero you will no longer receive your share unless you add to your account. You also need to spend all remaining balance before the session is over. We are unable to refund any unused account balances.
